He has extensive experience with both private and public projects. His work ranges from contract negotiations to claim prevention and management, construction defects, and suspension and debarment proceedings.

Matthew R. Skaroff

Matthew concentrates his practice in complex construction litigation and has experience representing all types of participants in both private and public construction projects, ranging from contractors and subcontractors to owners and design professionals. Matthew counsels clients from project inception to completion and beyond, providing effective and targeted representation to best address and protect his clients’ interests during disputes.
