Kristie Bergey

Associate Broker, Coldwell Banker Realty

Kristie Bergey is an accomplished small business owner, real estate broker, and nonprofit board member who is known as a leader and mentor in the community and her profession. She is Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Realty and a top producer, working with both residential and commercial clients in Philadelphia and surrounding counties.

Kristie began her career in real estate in national retail, specializing in facilities management. In 2004, she started KB Consulting to work with real estate and other corporations in marketing and business development. After a successful 12 years, Kristie was recruited by Merion Residential, where she served as its Vice President of Marketing, Operations, and Professional Development. She later transitioned to the sales side of the business with Copper Hill Real Estate, where she built and led the KB Experience Team. She was involved in all aspects of Copper Hill's business, including management, sales, marketing, finance, and client relations. In 2023, Kristie joined Coldwell Banker Realty, where she continues to mentor new agents.

A member of the Union League of Philadelphia since 2008, Kristie is the newly elected Chair of the 180-member 1986 Table of professional women, and the youngest female League member ever elected as the Chair of this table. She also serves as the Vice Chair of the Entertainment Committee. Over the past five years, she has served on various house committees, including the Armed Services Council, House Committee, Fitness Committee, and the Entertainment Committee. 

Active in the community, Kristie is known for her fundraising, events, and marketing skills. She has served on nonprofit organization boards, including the Friends Board of Laurel Hill Cemetery, where she currently holds the position of Secretary. Kristie has also been a past board member of the Lyra Society, Brian Sanders Junk, Fairmount Community Development Corporation, The Philadelphia Museum of Art Women's Committee, and the Red Cross-Red Ball committee. Since her earliest days in business, she has been giving back to her community by volunteering with the Girl Scouts after college in 1997, and planning the Red Cross Red Ball for four years while building her career.

Kristie is a graduate of Temple University and resides in the Art Museum area with her dog, whom she rescued in Fairmount Park.
