Beth Davison Hyde
Director of Business Development for Roux Associates

Beth Davison Hyde is Director of Business Development for Roux Associates, Inc. where she has worked for 20 years.  She is experienced in sales and marketing with a demonstrated history of expanding relationships and developing new clients in the competitive environmental services industry.  Having started in a technical position and moved into seller-doer than full time sales, she understands the technical and business issues clients face.  She brings the best technical team to solve clients’ environmental liabilities.  Also skilled at developing partnerships and helping other professionals personal and professional development.  She was awarded to Touchstone Award by the Society of Environmental Professionals, the organization’s highest honor to women who set a standard for quality and excellence in the environmental field.   www.linkedin.com/in/beth-davison-hyde-89b67b1/

Michael Gonshor
Principal Hydrogeologist at Roux Associates, Inc.

Michael Gonshor is a Principal Hydrogeologist at Roux Associates, Inc. with over 35 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry.  Mr. Gonshor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Sciences with a specialization in Geosciences from Penn State and is an LSRP in New Jersey and a Licensed Professional Geologist (PG) in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.  Mr. Gonshor has conducted numerous property transaction due diligence and investigation and remediation projects for Brownfields redevelopment, industrial, and petroleum sites in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and other states.  Mr. Gonshor has extensive experience at sites involving chlorinated solvents, petroleum constituents, metals, and semi-volatile organic compounds in soil and in groundwater in fractured bedrock and unconsolidated formations.  Mr. Gonshor also has extensive experience in conducting fate and transport evaluations using analytical and numerical models.  Mr. Gonshor served on the NJDEP’s Impact to Groundwater Committee with NJDEP personnel and other stakeholders to update, expand, and revise guidance documents for determination of Site-Specific Impact to Groundwater standards.

Paul M. Schmidt
Principal in the Environmental Practice Group at Post & Schell, P.C.

Paul M. Schmidt is a Principal in the Environmental Practice Group at Post & Schell, P.C., where he assists clients to quickly identify, quantify, and mitigate environmental risks. Mr. Schmidt helps clients conduct due diligence, negotiate transaction terms, obtain insurance products, conduct cleanups, and pursue cost recovery actions. He provides personal attention to each client, and crafts sound strategies to maximize their return on investment. His clients include real estate developers, investors, lenders, and property managers involved with single properties as well as large portfolios throughout the United States.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Schmidt served as an Assistant Regional Counsel to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and as an Assistant Attorney General assigned to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. Prior to law school, he worked for several environmental and industrial hygiene
